Apple is rated high for its customer service. But this does not make the company immune to disgruntled customers. Recently, the Smartphone giant faced the wrath of an angry customer who walked in the store and smashed over 10 iPhones and a few MacBook Air.
According to a video posted by one of the twitter user, a user entered in the store and smashed the devices with a pentaque ball which is used in bowling game. The user who posted the video confirmed that the incident took place in Dijon, a city in France. The original video is not available on Twitter but still there on YouTube.
The user who posted the video said that the man asked for refund from Apple. As per the video, the man was shouting: “Ladies and gentlemen, Apple is a company that violated European consumers’ rights.” He further added, “They refused to reimburse me, I told them ‘Give me my money back’. They said no. So you know what’s happening? This is happening.”
Apple did not immediately respond to a request for comment on this happening.
The angry customer was seen being escorted out of the store by security guard after the incident.
