Apple launching Google Glass rival: Report


Apple Inc, the mega smartphone making giant, is considering to expand its horizon into wearable glass headsets and has discussed about the project with potential suppliers, Bloomberg reported referring people acquainted with the matter.

The wearable headset would indicate images, alongside with other information and may utilize augmented reality, according to the report.

Tim Cook, CEO of Apple, who has been battling with a slowdown in iPhone sales in recent quarters, said earlier this year that the organization would keep on investing a great deal into augmented reality.
