IBM and Salesforce reported a worldwide partnership that utilizes Artificial intelligence(AI) to empower organizations to make fast and smart decisions.
With the partnership, IBM AI platform, Watson, and Salesforce AI engine, Einstein will consistently associate to provide intelligent client engagement crosswise over sales, services, advertising etc.
The IBM Watson and Salesforce Einstein joining is expected to be accessible in the second half of 2017.

As a feature of this arrangement, IBM will use Salesforce Service Cloud across the organization to change its global product support services.IBM is additionally putting resources into its Global Business Services abilities for Salesforce with another practice to help customers quickly convey the consolidated IBM Watson and Salesforce Einstein capacities.
