  Despite global economic uncertainties and rupee volatility, India's IT companies including Infosys and Wipro are reportedly planning to change their hiring strategy. If reports are to be believed, IT companies, which hired approximately 1.5 lakh students from campuses last year, are planning to hire much less during the current placement season.

It is worth noticing, companies have to make offers and wait for at least six months till the student finishes his degree in campus hiring. However, a company can hire off-campus candidates when there is demand for more hands....
