  Telecom service provider Uninor is reportedly scaling down operations in four circles in India. According to latest chunk of information, Uninor is also planning to lay off 2,000 employees from four significant circles including Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Orissa.

However, the company has adopted a unique human resource model, according to which, Uninor is inviting its competitors to come and hire from its retrenched staff....
