  Six months after deciding to open source its mobile operating system WebOS, HP has finally decided to spin off its WebOS Global Business Unit into a separate company called Gram.

It is reportedly that the new organization, which will act as a wholly owned subsidiary of HP, will include the WebOS software and cloud services team, along with all resources related to Enyo. Enyo is the WebOS application framework for developers....
