TCS acquires Pune based CRL for Rs. 188 crore |

In a bid to further expand its cloud offerings, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has reportedly acquired Pune-based Computational Research Laboratories (CRL). It is reportedly said that the latest deal will finalize in Rs.188 crore ($34 million) and it is going to be an all-cash deal.
It is beleived, the latest acquisition will enable the software giant TCS to expand its suite of solutions and offer integrated High Performance Computing (HPC) application and cloud services to its large base of customers.... |
