As per the insiders, HTC is working in team with Facebook and is working on Facebook branded hardware. The new hardware is expected to launch at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2011.
It is being reported that HTC is working towards launching some expensive Smartphone with Facebook logo and branding and the phones are expected to run Google Android operating system. Spilling the beans, insiders further reported that Facebook’s Joe Hewitt and Matthew Papakipos from Google Chrome have initiated the deal with HTC.
Facebook has been in rumors in regards to its move to mobile segment; the collaboration with HTC will offer it the extended reach. The phone is expected to offer calling and e-mailing along with entire social networking features. The tie up is a win-win situation for both the vendors, cited sources and could do wonders.
