Google has decided to shut down its communication tool Google Waves. The company’s spokesperson said that Waves was introduced a year ago but it somehow did not reach the expected level. The users could not connect well. So it has been decided to shut Google Waves and develop a better tool.

Google's CEO Eric Schmidt did not lose his cool and proved to be an inspiring and encouraging head. He stated that he encourages experimentation in Google and does not believe in working in a restricting cliché way.

He also mentioned that failures are a part of life and one should not stop trying for the fear of failure. Infact, Google has already geared up after learning from the mistakes.

Google is known worldwide and now the world also knows the reason for Google’s success overall. The company’s management is not afraid of trying new things. Moreover, Failure is taken in a positive way to strengthen up, learn and move ahead.
