ASUS has successfully enhanced the gaming experience at BYOC 2012 – India’s largest gaming festival. The event scheduled during June 22nd-24th, 2012, was a well established gaming event for avid computer gamers in India.

BYOC or ‘Bring Your Own Computer’ is a competitive gaming tournament where gamers bring their own computers & consoles to connect on a single network (LAN) and play multi-player games. This enormous LAN Party with activities like Modding, over-clocking etc witnessed huge turnout and also decent no of sponsors promoting their technology apt for the audience. Approximately, 300 Gamers ad enrolled for this 3 day & Night mania who had managed to get in their machines with high end configuration. Along with gaming tournament being the core aspect of the event, HI- END assembled CPU display by these young minds was also the core attraction of the event. Winners claimed up to Rs.1 lakh as prize money apart from loads of other prizes and goodies.

In view of the target audience, we had displayed our G-Series & N-Series laptops which came out to be a huge attraction for the gamers as to some extent they have crossed our brand which is majorly known for its powerful configuration for gaming. A 3D experience was much liked concept for the gamers with ‘touch and feel’ experience which was further extended by ASUS. All in all BYOC was a perfect ground for gamers of all ages to connect socialize and have some fun stated by Mr. Alex Huang, Managing Director, Systems Business Group, ASUS India Pvt. Ltd.

Gamers of different profiles enjoyed every movement of this event by competing with the best opponent in their Play. Games such as CS, DOTA, Call for DUTY were being played by the masses which have huge share of popularity. Among the other sponsors - BENQ, NVIDIA, MSI, WD, LG were marked their presence at the event to promote their respective technology.
