Sudhir Nayar has replaced Bejoy Anthony to become Avaya India’s new Channels Head. Bejoy Anthony would resume sales leadership role within the company, sources informed.
Avaya India informed that Bejoy Antony who has tremendously contributed in building a strong groundwork of partner ecosystem and channels team in the last two years would be transformed into a new sales leadership role in the company.
Avaya is promoting executives from within the organization and is hiring people from outside to drive innovation. This management shuffle is aimed at to drive speed, efficiency and tighter alignment between various business units. Further, this will also encourage company to diligently meet objectives.
It is reported that Nayar has 21 years of experience in channel business, large account sales and strategic planning, for enterprise hardware / software products. He began his professional journey with DCM Data Products and worked in Fujitsu ICIM , Microland & Computer Associates (now CA Technologies) before he joined Sun Microsystems / Oracle where he served for last 11 years.
