Hexaware Technologies Limited has announced that it has recently entered into an agreement with the Indroyal Group, a renowned furniture manufacturing, marketing, trading and exporting company to implement a solution that would enable them to achieve an end to end view of all business and help drive performance with consistent financial information.

Indroyal furniture required an integrated financial, supply chain and manufacturing system that would allow them to control the movement of stock, automate process integration, support cross-functional expansion, address financial planning needs, and thereby, strengthening their position for the future. To meet this business need, Hexaware proposed the implementation of the Oracle E- Business Suite Release 12. This would enable operational improvements with superior control over production, inventory and streamlining Quality Control processes, better synchronization of production output and efficient process management across a chain of 16 Company owned outlets, 40 Dealer networks and manufacturing plants spread throughout South India. Redington’s Enterprise SBU team, handling Oracle Applications, identified this opportunity as a part of their Value Added Distribution Efforts.

Successful implementation of the solution will help ensure planning and production activities across plants, online information sharing, consolidation of financial statements, elimination of multiple books of accounts, centralized procurement, financial planning, and security and control at various levels.
