Impetus Technologies organized a Session on Agile Project Management at its Noida Campus. Well-known, industry-leading Agile and Lean expert Sanjiv Augustine took this constructive session.
 
With an interactive format, the session was a knowledge forum which highlighted the issues in Agile development. The Session saw the presence of around 100 technology enthusiasts from in and around the National Capital Region  - including developers, testers, managers  - who had an their insatiable desire of learning and sharing their understanding of Agile, whether they were agile experts to or just curious about this subject.  It witnessed some really good talks on topics on Agile Methods, Agile Management Frameworks, Key Principles in Agile Project Management, including others.
 
Sanjiv spoke about a proven management framework that addresses everything from team building to project control. He also talked about how Agile can be scaled up to complex, multi-project environments using small teams, small releases and small governance etc. Maarten Winkels, who has expertise on Agile Testing also took a session on different aspects of Agile Testing.
 
The session was also broadcast live to Impetus employees at Indore through a Video Conference.
 
Impetus hosted the first Community Event by Agile NCR earlier this year in June, 2008.
