Gigabyte, the leader in motherboards has veiled off a new 14” notebook namely, M1405. With price tag of 1000 pounds, the notebook would initially be limited to UK and is expected on sale from June or July.
To power the notebook, vendor has come up with the choice of Intel microprocessors from Core 2 Duo to Celeron and Pentium; notebook comes bundled with up to 8GB of DDR3 memory, 14-inch 1366x768 LED display but misses the HD display.
Instead of 10180 HD, the notebook supports 720p HD, upto 500GB of 2.5" SATA HDD, has an Nvidia GeForce GT220 GPU with 1GB of DDR3. The notebook also comes with a docking station.
Among other features, users can enjoy LAN, wireless, Bluetooth features, three 2.0 USB ports, HDMI, D-Sub and RJ45 ports.
