It seems Intel is now making an edge in mobile devices with its mobile processors. The latest launches in mobile processors from Intel are gaining popularity in laptops and other devices including Tablet PCs.
As per the latest updates, Lenovo, the Chinese PC giant is reportedly launching a ThinkPad X210T, a convertible tablet PC with Corei7 processor. Last week, Lenovo launched ThinkPad T410i, T410si and T510i based on Corei3 CPU.
The all new ThinkPad X210T CPU runs dual-core Core i7-620LM with 4GB of RAM, 320GB hard drive, 12.1-inch LED-backlit touchscreen, a fingerprint scanner and would range in between $1,500 to $1,750.
No release dates have been announced as of now.
However, it seems the new mobile processors are adding boost to the Intel’s presence in portable segment where it was feared to lose the dominance. Deepak Kashyap/ITVoir Network |
