Nokia Corp, the world’s largest mobile phone maker has launched a new mobile phone in its X-series called as Nokia X2.
Nokia X2 features a 2.2-inch screen with QVGA resolution, a 5-megapixel photo snapper with video recording capabilities and an alphanumeric keypad. Weighing just 81 grams, the device comes in a candy-bar form factor, and is only 13mm thin.
In addition, the handset comes with expandable memory of upto 16GB via microSD card and supports Bluetooth 2.1, 3.5mm headphone jack, dual speakers, dedicated music keys, and USB 2.0 port for fast transfer of files.
Users can manage their songs via the Ovi Player PC client or Windows Media Player 11. Further, consumers can directly access Facebook from its homescreen and the device has support for Nokia Messaging, which offers both email and Instant Messaging.
The device has been unveiled officially in India on the company’s website and will be available by June end. However, Nokia has not revealed the pricing details of the device.
