Grapevine s saying that fruit themed brand Apple is planning to use a new technology dubbed as Liquidmetal technology in it upcoming devices to make them more sturdy.
According to latest chunk of information, Apple has got the license to use Liquidmetal Technology in their devices.
It is worth noticing, Liquidmetal is a new alloy which is also known as metallic glass. Liquidmetal is super strong, scratch and corrosion resistant, resilient material that can be precision cast into complex shapes. It will make Apple’s devices stronger.
Rumor mills are going the round that the next generation iPhone, which is expected later this year, would use the Liquidmetal technology.
Analysts quote, other device makers including Samsung and Nokia, have already used Liquidmetal, but only for smaller components.
Analysts further added, now, it will become more difficult to copy Apple’s devices with other material technologies.
