Apple to unveil iPad 3 in March 2012
Added On:2/10/2012 8:37:00 AM

No doubt, Apple is the most desired name for every gadget geek. This time, Apple lovers have a solid reason to cheer as Apple is all set to launch its next-generation iPad called an iPad 3, as early as next month.

It is reportedly said that the new iPad3 would be similar to the iPad 2. Further, it may include Apple's high-resolution retina display technology found on iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S thereby doubling iPad 3's screen resolution.

This time, Apple Inc. is reportedly adding Sharp Corp. as a maker of screens used in the next-generation of iPads. Sharp has successfully won the bid to supply display screens.

Sources familiar with the matter cited, Sharp's Kameyama No. 2 plant in central Japan will manufacture LCD panels for new Apple tablets.

It is important to note that the first iPad hit stores in April 2010 and its successor iPad 2 was released in March 2011.

An Apple spokeswoman declined to comment for now.

Let’s hope to see the latest iPad3 soon in the market.
