HP outs its first public cloud services

Cloud services are becoming a norm in the tech industry. To stay competitive in the market, the tech giant HP is all set to launch its first cloud infrastructure service.  

According to latest chunk of information, HP has announced the beta version of its first public cloud services. HP’s new service is reportedly claiming that it will enable developers to build the next generation of web applications, and change the economics of deploying modernized applications.

Starting on May 10th, HP’s new Cloud Services will offer its first generation of cloud infrastructure, platform services and cloud solutions for developers and independent software vendors (ISVs) along with enterprises of all sizes.   

In sync with the HP’s present converged Cloud approach, the new service is likely to offer a single-sourced hybrid delivery solution to organization that spans traditional IT as well as private, managed and public clouds.

Insiders informed our team that the new service is going to be an open source-based public cloud infrastructure with business oriented features which will fulfill organizational requirements. 

Commenting at the time of launch, Santanu Ghose, country head, Converged Infrastructure Services, HP India has shared his views, whether an independent developer or a Fortune 100 company, every users need Cloud infrastructure and services. 

Further he added, from the toolset options that developers require to the billing flexibility and security that businesses demand, HP Cloud Services will offer a variety of capabilities.
