Despite global economic uncertainties and rupee volatility, India's IT companies including Infosys and Wipro are reportedly planning to change their hiring strategy. In addition, off-campus recruitments include freshers who and some with very little work-experience. They are picked by companies through hiring drives and job fairs.

Reliable insiders informed, IT biggies including Infosys and iGate could delay the joining dates of numerous freshers it had hired from campuses in the 2011 placement season.
