Larry Page to return as Google CEO: Good or Bad?
Added On:4/2/2011 11:34:00 AM

Larry Page is all set to become the CEO of Google where he will be replacing co founder Eric Schmidt, sources informed.

But, investors are worried about the CEO change as they are not sure of Page’s view and rebellious streak. According to sources, analysts are wary of the instability Larry Page may bring along to the internet giant.

Larry Page has already had the experience of being Google CEO till 2001 and therefore knows the intricacies of the position, pacifying investors a bit. But, in his earlier stint as Google CEO, he somehow was not preferred by investors and shareholders.

Page's advocators though are very optimistic, and say that he is more mature and less apt to be chronically late to meetings or tune out of conversations that don't stimulate his intellect, after all he has aged and at 38 has more stable habits compared to his first stint as CEO.

Larry Page though has not interacted with media after the announcement of him becoming the CEO was made.
