Mahindra Satyam inducts M.Rajyalakshmi Rao as Additional Director

As per a latest update, Mahindra Satyam has announced that M.Rajyalakshmi Rao has been co-opted as an Additional Director on the Board of the Company. She will be functioning as an independent director. 

According to Vineet Nayyar, Chairman, Mahindra Satyam, the company is indeed very happy with the appointment of M Rajyalakshmi Rao to its board and it is confident that with her rich experience, she would be able to offer valuable guidance to company affairs. 

Earlier, she has also served as a member of the RBI Committee on Customer Service in Banks and also held positions such as President of the American Alumni Association, member of the Film Censor Board. 

M. Rajyalakshmi has also shared her views after the appointment that she is also thrilled for joining Mahindra Satyam, which is now on a success path. She is wishing to contribute to the company's development and expansion plans in the near future.

It is worth noticing that Rao is an MBA in marketing and MS (advertising) from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, USA.
