Reliance Communications (RCom) has reportedly unveiled a new 3G-powered tablet in India. According to a latest update, this is an upgraded version of the tablet that Reliance rolled out in August last year. It features a faster processor, better screen resolution and enhanced video calling capabilities.

Dubbed as Reliance 3G Tab V9A, the new tablet runs on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) and has a 7-inch display with 1024x600p resolution. It is power-packed with 1.4GHz processor and equips 512MB RAM.

Other intuitive features of the tablet include a 3MP rear camera, 3G support, VGA front camera for video calling. Weighing only 402g, the 3G Tab comes pre-installed with Documents To Go, BigFlix,Reliance World Online, Reliance TV, Facebook and Twitter along with Orkut apps.

Users must be happy to know, Reliance Communications is offering free goodies worth Rs 6250 with its 3G Tab in a bid to lure buyers. As per latest update, customers will receive free 3GB of data on 3G connection and free video calls on local and STD Reliance 3G devices for 3 months each.

Besides availability of numerous tablets in India, the company believes that people are still aspiring for fully-loaded tablet at an aggressive price point. Now with the upgraded Reliance 3G tablet, their unmet demand will get fulfilled.
