Taking cues from fast paced mobile market growth, Samsung has been gaining amazing reviews for its Galaxy range of smartphone models. And basking in the same glory, the South Korean tech giant is set to take the wraps off a sequel to its popular Galaxy Note smartphone on August 29 in Berlin.
If reports are to be believed, Samsung is unveiling the successor to Galaxy Note about two weeks before the possible debut of Apple's new iPhone.
Dubbed as Galaxy Note 2, the combo device houses a special S Pen or a trendy stylus. The SmartPen offers additional features that a normal stylus does not have. The S Pen has the ability to tap and hold to capture an instant screenshot, which can then be opened in an image editor. With the S Pen, users can easily sketch drawings, write task notes, circle elements, sign documents and much more.
As a matter of concern, it is found, the South Korean handset maker has surpassed Apple last year to become the world’s largest smartphone maker.
Seems, the two arch rivals (Samsung and Apple) are bracing for a full-blown battle with the expected rollouts of the two key models coming almost at the same time.
