Missing from the ultrabook action till now, the Japanese conglomerate Sony has announced its first ultrabook series dubbed VAIO T.
Sources informed, the range will come equipped with ultra-low voltage i3 Sandy Bridge processors and Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit along with a host of features.
Expected to be launched in 11.6-inch and 13.3-inch variants, the series is bundled with the Rapid Wake + Eco attribute that’s said to resume the laptop from sleep mode in seconds.
To entice business and professional users, the new ultrabooks are power-packed with Adobe Acrobat X Standard software which would be responsible for quick and easy creation of PDF documents.
In addition, Viao T ultrabooks have a 17.8mm thick brushed aluminum body along with 9 hours of battery life. Besides these intuitive features, the new Sony ultrabooks will come pre loaded with a 90-day trial version of the Anti-Theft service.
Other distinctive attributes include 4GB of DDR3 memory as standard, 320GB hard drive with a second 32GB SSD, HDMI, VGA and an SD/MMC media slot along with an 1.3 megapixel "Exmor for PC" HD web camera.
However, the sad part is, Sony hasn’t revealed the pricing details of the new ultrabooks yet. Let’s hope to see these ultrabooks soon in the market.
