Just three months, after launching its first tablets in the country, Wishtel has launched an upgraded tablet in Indian market. The new tablet is dubbed as Ira Thing 2.
It is reportedly said that the new Ira Thing 2 is a 7-inch, multi touch capacitive tablet power-packed with 1.5GHz processor with 512MB RAM and runs on Android 4.0 (IceCream sandwich).
Designed and manufactured in India, Wishtel’s IRA Thing 2, has been tailor made to meet the specific needs of the Indian user and combine advanced multimedia, connectivity, and computing capabilities with a rich features. It also offers Indian language keyboard to support 14 Indian languages like Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Oriya.
In addition, the new Ira Thing 2 comes pre-loaded with TV and e-news apps, which give access to over 120 channels across various genres of entertainment, sports, kids, news, music, fashion & lifestyle, regional etc. and 55 newspapers from across India.

For pricing, it is said that IRA Thing 2 is priced at Rs.6500 and will be made available through retail outlets across 50 cities in India.
