MMD has announced that the new Philips Moda line of Monitors was selected for the prestigious iF Design award for 2012.  As "seal of good design", the iF award honors outstanding achievements in design.  MMD, the company behind Philips monitors, introduced the two monitors that combine leading edge technology with stunning design to the market this summer.

An internationally renowned jury, consisting of 44 design experts, have engaged in a critical discussion and debate to select the winning products. Out of 4,322 entries submitted by 1,605 participants from 48 countries, the jury of the iF product design award has selected their 1218 favourites as the best designs for 2012.
 
All prize-winning products will be presented at the iF design exhibition in Hanover, Germany from March 6 until the 10th, 2012 and in Hamburg the second half of 2012. On February 10, 2012 the awards ceremony will take place in Munich, Germany where the 100 Gold Award Winners will be announced. More information can be found at www.ifdesign.de.
