The 2nd India Association Congress will be held on 24th -25th August 2012 at Trident, Nariman Point, Mumbai India. The IAC 2011 was successful in creating the most important platform for decision makers of various associations & Non-profit Organizations to network and share best practices.  Eminent leaders covered topics on challenges and solutions on areas like membership retentions, requirement of marketing skills, generate member participation, methods to generate revenues to sustain the organizations and importance of technology et al. 

With the success of the IAC 2011, Association Network and CIM Global jointly decided to launch the 2nd edition of the congress, aiming to bring the industry leaders and key decision makers together to network, enjoy the knowledge sharing and learn through diverse and wider range of topics. 

The two day program will witness panel discussion on various subjects like Competition law, Coalition and advocacy, Future of Association, Professional help for managing associations, Membership retention mechanism, ideas behind opening Indian chapters of International associations and its complications, importance of Events- A source for revenue and engagement, etc.  Dedicated session to address the needs of medical associations will be organized stressing the importance of CME, ethics etc.
