Tez, the digital payment app by Google will be integrated with SBI bank to let users get access to various offers for SBI customers. As a part of the integration, Tez users can now create an SBI Unified Payment Interface ID (for example: name@oksbi or mobile@oksbi) to avail the exclusive offers from SBI.

Tez and SBI are working together to drive wider adoption of digital payments in India. Their focus is to build unique propositions for users and merchants, including exclusive curated offers.
Tez app which was launched last year in September, recently added a new billing feature to their platform. It lets users add the biller to their account and pay the bill in one tap. Tez, which is available in English and seven other languages, has over 13.5 Million monthly active users in India. Over 250 million transactions have been processed till now.
Tez app, built on Unified Payment Interface, lets users make payments from their bank accounts to the accounts of over 70 UPI-enabled banks. Tez app charges no money for the payments made by users.
