WhatsApp to soon let you revoke and edit the sent messages

Remember those times when you sent out some messages to wrong contacts in your WhatsApp list of contacts. Consider your boss or parents. WhatsApp has at last heard the plea of users and is planning to launch the much-needed element to recall sent messages before they’re read by the receiver.

This new feature will definitely prove to be a lifesaver for many of the users, we can see it.

As per the video, iPhone WhatsApp beta application users will receive ‘revoke’ feature in the menu. Tapping the same will revoke the message and make it disappear it from the chat window. Very simple!

As indicated by WABetaInfo, the Facebook-owned instant messaging company is also planning to add ‘edit’ feature. So if you have made any typing error in your sent messages, you will be given the option to edit the typos and resend the message.

As of late, WhatsApp brought two new features to its platform – streaming videos while they download, and animated GIF image support to the Android application.
