Dell EMC, a main supplier of IT storage arrangements and Pi Datacenters, a green field data centre and an enterprise class cloud benefit supplier, on Tuesday declared a vital association. Dell EMC, an arm under Dell Technologies, and Pi would team up to leverage their capabilities in conveying software defined storage (SDS) to clients in the India.
As per statement given by Pi Datacenters, Dell EMC’s SDS would enhance their software defined tier IV data centre environment offering. As flexibility and disruption are the driving forces for both the players this alliance is foreseen to be a win-win situation for both in order to provide customers with highly innovative quality solutions at a significantly lower cost of ownership.
Kalyan Muppaneni, Founder and CEO, Pi Datacenters also added that their strategic partnership with Dell EMC in order to adopt Software Defined Storage (SDS) is very significant for them as it would enable them with a 100 percent Software Defined Data Center (SDDC) environment in the organization. This in turn will help them enrich their flagship Pi cloud to provide cost effective and business fit solutions for the customers.
Rajesh Janey, President and Managing Director, India Enterprise, DELL EMC also said about the alliance saying that this will also help both Dell EMC and Pi Datacenters to deliver technologically advanced and relevant business solutions to their customers at less costs and greater flexibility ensuring high return and satisfaction.
