While the Korean giant, Samsung is busy countering the problem of battery explosion in its latest flagship phone, Galaxy Note 7, the world’s biggest smartphone maker isn’t giving in to the pressure by changing its plans. On Friday, the company started sending out media invites for the launch of its new Galaxy J-series smartphone.
Samsung sent out invitations for its Galaxy J series handset launch in India scheduled for today. The invite reads “Get Ready for the Prime Time!” and features a large letter J made of binary digits. The invite further reads, “Join us as we unveil the next in J-Series, now more proficient, protected and power-packed than ever.”
Although the company has not mentioned in the invites which handset it will be launching at the event, recent leaks and official listing suggest Samsung to introduce the Galaxy J7 Prime smartphone.
